Mr. Arun Kumar

Mr. Arun Kumar has authored books - "Dowry Deaths: The Burning Issue (2022)" and "Law and Research Methodology (2023)", "The Shifting Sands of Law (2023)", and "Legal Evolutions: Adapting to Contemporary Challenges (2024)" .In addition to this, he has published more than 30 research papers, articles, book chapters in edited volumes, peer reviewed journals. He has also presented papers in several National and International Seminars/Conferences. He is an active reviewer of many International Journals and also a member of Editorial Board in reputed Journals. He has obtained the degree of B.A LL.B and LL.M (Criminal Law) from CCS University Meerut and Maharishi University of Information Technology, Noida respectively. Mr. Kumar has substantial experience of Criminal Law and Family Law. His area of interest includes Human Rights and Child Rights.
